Optimized production process for Gaussian Mirrors
LASER COMPONENTS is one of the few worldwide manufacturers that can produce Gaussian mirrors. Gaussian mirrors are also known as graded reflectivity mirrors, GRM or variable reflecting mirrors, VRM.

The special coating is characterized by a degree of reflection that falls off in a Gaussian-shaped curve starting from the center of the optics.

Optical Inspection With XY Stages In Lithography Machine System
During the fabrication process with optical lithography tools, a photo-resist with the appropriate spectral absorption is placed in the optics path and is exposed to beam moving in a specific pattern for proper spatial placement of microstructures.

Due to the high resolution of structure in geometry and placement, the high level of accuracy and minimum incremental motion are critical in both X and Y axis.
